Shipping & Delivery
- Coverage: We ship worldwide.
- Dispatch time: In-stock items ship in 72 hours; made-to-order bulk in 7–15 days depending on style complexity. Samples ship in 48 hours.
- Methods: Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx, 3–7 business days) or air/sea freight. You can also use your own forwarder. Styles can be mixed in one shipment.
- Tracking: We email the tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Duties/Taxes: Charged by the destination country and not included unless otherwise agreed.
- Damage/Missing: Report within 7 days with photos and we will reship or credit the affected sets.

- Materials: High-quality ABS tips with salon-grade gel and a durable top coat (gloss or matte).
- Process: Shaping → gel layers → artwork/design → top coat → UV curing → packing.
- QC: 100% inspection before packing, plus random AQL checks. Each set is protected to minimize transit damage.
- Lead time & capacity: Samples 48h; typical bulk 7–15 days for regular styles (larger volumes scheduled).
- Notes: As handmade designs are crafted individually, minor variations and slight color differences may occur.
Private Label & Packaging
Custom logos, insert cards and gift boxes available. Low MOQs and dielines on request. Add a note at checkout or contact us for a quote.
Returns & After-Sales
Wholesale orders are not returnable once used. For quality issues or shortages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. We will replace or credit the confirmed quantity on your next order.
